Alexander's Patisserie - Cupertino

“Amazing experience !!! I went there yesterday for my birthday to get some treats with my husband and 13 yrs and 4 month old & the beautiful, kind woman behind the counter was so incredibly sweet and helpful and warm , she even left us a surprise in our bag knowing it was my birthday and it was so above and beyond what any other place I’ve been to has done and was SO appreciated as the day before was an unexpected hard day in our family and there’s no way she could have known that so her kindness and generosity really made my families day / week , we will definitely be back !! Oh!! And also all the desserts were absolutely delicious !! I got many 😏”

“Very nice experience here. My childhood friend and I stopped by and ordered two coffees. We asked if they could split the order and they were very kind about it. The staff even served us outside which was really nice. Everyone had a friendly face and the service felt welcoming. Coffee was great too. I would definitely come back again. ☕️”

“The food is perfection. Everything tasted wonderful and was presented beautifully down to the details such as edible flowers and gold painted chocolate reindeer. Extensive tea choices and a leisurely dining experience made for a great experience. The only thing I would suggest (at least for the Cupertino location) is that they also list the Afternoon Tea on the Alexander's Steakhouse website somewhere because the tea is actually served in the steakhouse and someone might not be aware there is an Afternoon Tea available because the Patisserie does not have seating for a tea. However, this tea is definitely worth seeking out!”

“Just had afternoon tea, and it was great. Those little bites really add up to a filling experience. Personal favorites were the fruit scone with lemon curd, chocolate hazelnut mousse cake, and whatever this mango thing is. The tea was good too.”

“Experienced the afternoon tea at Alexander’s Patisserie. Pâtisseries were great. Excellent tea selection which was from Fortnum Mason. Sandwiches were dry, and kind of tough. Their desserts are usually really good but because it was so hot outside, they were already melting and we were sitting in the shade. We ordered pescatarian / vegetarian options and they were able to accommodate. Make reservations as they are required. when we went, they only had outdoor seating so would recommend doing tea during the cooler times as everything started melting during the summer.”
