Altura celebrates the Pacific Northwest's natural bounty with the ingredient-driven principles of Italian cooking. We create a tasting menu* inspired by seasonal ingredients gathered from farmers, foragers, our garden and the sea. Please see the dietary restrictions we can and cannot accommodate in our "Frequently asked questions" below, next to "Hours and Location." Payment Information: All dinners are pre-paid. Additional items are charged at the time of your reservation. Gift cards cannot be used for reservation deposits. They will be applied at the time of dining, and deposits will be refunded accordingly. A 20% service fee is applied to your total bill. 40% is distributed to the service staff, 50% is distributed by Altura Restaurant amongst the entire restaurant staff, and 10% is retained by Altura. *the king county public health department would like you to know that some items on our menu are raw or undercooked and that the consumption of raw or undercooked potentially hazardous foods may result in foodborne illness
