“Immaculate Food & The Best Service! A Must-Visit Spot. I recently visited and had such an incredible experience that I had to share. From the moment I arrived, I felt completely welcomed. As a Black woman, I’ve sometimes felt like an outsider in spaces that are predominantly white, but this restaurant was a wonderful exception—I felt genuinely comfortable, confident, and right at home from start to finish. The food is, quite simply, immaculate. Every bite was worth it! I went on a solo date, which can sometimes be intimidating, but I felt so relaxed sitting outside that I didn't feel alone at all. A massive shout-out to my waitress, Andrea, who truly made my visit special. She was fantastic—full of great energy, incredibly suggestive with her recommendations, and happy to answer all my questions. Her service was top-tier, and she was a huge part of why I felt so comfortable. Even though there was a short wait for a table, it was no more than 20 minutes, and it honestly didn’t feel like it at all because the atmosphere was so pleasant. I also loved the convenience of being able to pay right at the table—such a great feature (especially coming all the way from Texas, where I appreciate efficiency!). I will definitely be back. If you’re looking for a place with amazing food, a welcoming environment, and exceptional service, this is the spot. Ask for Andrea—she’s a gem! (total $55 with tip included)”

The atmosphere was incredibly vibrant and welcoming, setting a fantastic mood for a full day of sightseeing and boat tours around the city. The coffee was expertly crafted, perfectly roasted, and exactly what we needed to get our morning started. We enjoyed a phenomenal brunch spread that was both exceptionally fresh and packed with flavor. “Visited for brunch on a Saturday and had a great experience. There was a short 15-minute wait for a table, so I ordered a latte while waiting, which was excellent. The burger was delicious and very filling, with generous portions—I arrived hungry and still could barely finish my meal. They also offer gluten-free options, which is a thoughtful addition. The atmosphere is relaxed and inviting, and the staff is exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The restaurant is clean, well-organized, and service appears to run very smoothly. Overall, it was a great experience while visiting Chicago. I especially appreciated the interior design—the natural elements and earthy, warm tones blend nicely with the urban concrete setting, creating a very inviting space.”

“While staying in town nearby I came here for breakfast… I chose this place because the reviews I saw were all great and once I got there, I understood why! Service was very helpful, friendly, a nice! The menu for breakfast is very good and they have a very popular and amazing coffee bar with lots of pastry options too. I chose their Bacon, Egg, & Cheddar Sandwich and asked for hash browns with it and for those to be extra crispy. Starting with their regular coffee – it was great! Then the food came out relatively quickly and looked amazing! The egg was PERFECTLY (ABSOLUTELY PERFECTLY!) cooked! The sandwich came together and tasted amazing… I especially loved the bites of freshly sliced jalapeño and the arugula in the sandwich too!! The has browns were made the way I asked and tasted sooo good! Overall, I would definitely recommend giving them a try and I can see why the reviews were so good! My visit was very nice.”

“We ordered the lemon pancakes, hashbrowns & bacon. The pancakes were not fluffy at all (& wasn't cooked all the way through). Also the hashbrowns could have been cooked more. The ONLY reason I am giving it a 2 is because we ordred the butterscotch oatmeal cookies to go (& those were a 10/10).”
