The handroll bar has 12 available seats, and is a 30-minute dining experience. Every roll is crafted to order taking only a minute to serve; you'll want to eat it immediately to ensure the perfect bite! The nori is light and crisp paired with fresh fish and wonderfully vinegared rice. Seating is based on the Japanese queue culture: first come, first served. We do accept online reservations for our handroll bar, but there are limited reservations allowed. For reservations, we do ask that you arrive no later than 10 minutes from your reservation time to ensure the same dining experience for all guests. If late, and with no notice, we will have to treat your arrival as a walk-in. Parties in quantities of 2 are only allowed to make reservations at the moment due to limited seating; we will soon be opening an izakaya dining area with more open available seats. Stay tuned! Parties of 3+ at the handroll bar may need to be split and sat at different times due to limited seating, and to ensure efficient service for all guests; although, we do try to have a full party sat together, we cannot promise it every time for seating at the handroll Bar. We do have a bar lounge if you wish to stay longer to drink and connect with friends and family. At the moment, during this opening phase, we do have limited alcoholic options serving mainly sakes and beers and straight liquor pours, but soon we'll have a full bar with a dedicated cocktail menu focusing on Japanese beverages. Being in the heart of downtown, street parking is standard. We recommend using a rideshare service, car pooling, and/or walking in from near by establishments. We're nestled in a great location surrounded by top-rated hotels, local speakeasys, theaters, parks, and office buildings, to name a few.
