We're unique among upscale restaurants because we hand cut our own steaks, dry-age our own beef, make our own pasta, and bake our own breads and pastries every day. We care about sustainability, so we've built our restaurant using as many re-purposed and energy efficient materials as possible. We use good old fashioned wood to power our stoves, and have added a custom water filtration system for cooking and drinking water.
