Miam Miam is the French onomatopoeia for 'delicious food'. And that is exactly what is experienced in this award winning restaurant in Rio that manages to combine tradition and modernity in a balanced mixture that is reflected in all its details. In charge of the kitchen is Roberta Ciasca, elected Chef Revelation 2007 by the magazines Veja Rio and Gula. After graduating from the prestigious Cordon Bleu, in Paris, and having worked in some restaurants, Roberta opened Miam Miam 13 years ago with partners Danni Camilo and Steph Quinquis. The menu adopted by the chef follows the line called 'comfort food' - homemade food with innovative touches and neat presentation. The dishes served remind us of traditional day-to-day recipes, bringing up emotions and flavors from the past. Miam Miam has been in the Michelin Guide Bib Gourmand category since 2015 and has received a series of awards such as' Best Modern Restaurant 2007 and 2008 '(Rio Show O Globo),' Best Place to Go for Two 2006 and 2007 'and' Best Drinks Chart 2008 '(See Rio).
