“Absolutely cannot beat this location for attending a Rangers game. Plus the hotel itself is wonderful. On our recent visit we enjoyed fantastic service all the way around...front desk, valet, housekeeping, restaurant, bars, pool...all staff very friendly, professional and patient! Room was great...clean, no issues. And having access to amenities at the other Loews (convention center) is a real bonus. We were traveling with our grandkids (4 & 7) and they had a blast!”

“We stayed here for the lonestar smokeout. The hotel was really nice! We enjoyed the pool and the multiple seating options throughout the property. It was maybe 10 minute walk to the concert. The trail was flat and fully paved which was very nice. Texas live is right next door if you want to get into the bar scene. Overall I would definitely stay here again.”

“I had the luxury of going here for a work conference and it was absolutely beautiful. The staff was so helpful, professional, and welcoming. The food was absolutely delicious! Not to mention the beautiful view outside my window. They also had baristas all over the conference for us!! Everything was so well planned out and organized. Very clean too! Right next to the cowboys and Rangers stadium!”

“Just went through the January 2026 Winter event and live by Lowe's didn't miss one single beat. Here for a conference so came in prior to the snow. Everybody who was on staff on Friday was on staff on Saturday and many were on staff through Sunday and Monday because of icy roads. Every single employee was as professional and friendly as they could be. All of the restaurant staff, all of housekeeping, all of the desk staff, and the bartenders were exceptional. Rooms were well maintained and the staff did a great job and not letting guests feel like staff might be missing due to the weather. I listened to staff conversations and heard a team that truly liked working together. Special thanks go to Olivia, the main conference bartender and server during other meals, and to Courtney the main bar bartender. They made excellent drinks, they remembered us from day to day as well as what we drink. Other servers and bartenders were also great but Olivia and Courtney deserve the special call outs. They made the stay at live by Lowe's very memorable and in only the best way.”

“Elevators are slow, low water pressure in shower. Room service food was just ok. Otherwise, fantastic place to stay. Very comfortable room and bed. Staff very nice, and great location if you’re here to watch baseball!”
