“The Blind Mule is one of our favorite restaurants in town. The food is always fresh and of exceptional quality. Chef James is amazing, and with all of his experience, every dish is delicious and thoughtfully prepared. The service was excellent, with friendly and welcoming staff who made us feel right at home. We highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who appreciates high-quality food and a great dining experience.”

“We love coming here. We order almost the whole menu. The cheese curds are great, the Italian herb focaccia bread, the Indian curry Marsala, the short ribs, they also had lamb meatballs to die for. The cocktails are on point. The owners genuinely care about the business and the employees because it shows in the service. For my birthday they treated me to a dessert.”

“Came here for dinner after a wedding. Lovely staff & great food. Smaller groups are probably best, but they were able to accommodate our party of 7. Will be visiting again next time I'm in NC!”

“There appeared to be only one server for the entire place with a backup/clean up. We were seated about twenty minutes before any service or drinks ordered. When the drinks arrived the vodka martini arrived warm without olives or garnish of any kind. We walked to the bar ourselves to ourselves to request and receive olives. I ordered trout which is our local fish. It appeared to be cooked from frozen and was rubbery. It was not edible and returned.Our other two meals were assessed as marginal. No one inquired about the return or apologized for the meal. The desserts were good and arrived with a candle for birthday. The owner always comes by but in our case it was before the food arrived which does not allow for a valid assessment. We love to support local business but we won’t go back here. It’s cute and friendly but the food is way less than acceptable.”
