“I came here for dinner while on a work trip and felt very welcomed by this staff!!! Huge shoutout to Kam who was my waiter and extremely friendly/talkative with me so I didn’t feel like I was eating completely alone lol! I sat at the bar and it was so cool to see the chef, Matt, cooking all the food right in front of me - They informed me they don’t even have a freezer in the building, so all the food is that fresh and you can tell!! The shrimp Matt cooked to perfection was amazing , as well as the wine pairings Kam suggested! They are lucky to have such great employees on staff - if I was a local, I would 100% become a regular here! Thank you for a great meal & experience!!!”

“Owned by the former chef at Solstice (which was my favorite restaurant in Columbia until it closed.) The food here is also perfection. I always bring people to G&V when I want to impress them. Easy parking, great servers and bartenders, and the menu is amazing.”

“I love a restaurant that doesn’t rush you through a meal. They gave us time to chat, look at our menus, eat our appetizers and finish our dessert before bringing our checks. Our Supper Club only meets once a month so it was nice getting to really spend time with everyone and enjoy a good meal. I can’t remember our server’s name but she was super nice and really took care of us.”

“Wonderful waitress!! Atmosphere is always a vibe! The food was ok, wedge salad presentation was mediocre( so I didn't take a picture). The noochi needed a bit more flavor. Shrimp was cooked perfectly, and the brie spread was delish. Overall, it was a great experience!”
