“Dined here last night and had an outstanding experience. Both my guest and I started with the onion soup, which was superb. My companion opted for the duck, and I chose the entrecôte. Both meals were perfect and were served at the correct temperature and exactly how they should have been prepared. The french fries which accompanied my meal were perfection. We chose the apple tart for dessert, which was glorious. Service was spot on and perfect the entire evening. The staff could not have been more accommodating. I asked for a cappuccino, which is not available on the menu. The server went back to the kitchen and asked the chef to make me one even though they normally don’t serve cappuccinos. The chef accommodated that request and a hot delicious cappuccino was brought to the table along with the dessert we ordered. That’s customer service! As a member of la Chaine des Rotisseurs, I have very high standards for restaurants. For me to give Babette five stars, which I do, you can be confident that you will have an outstanding meal at this establishment.”

“Babette is a small restaurant, but incredibly cozy and unlike almost anything else in this city. Just experiencing the atmosphere and the place itself is already worth the visit. I started with the onion soup, which was perfectly balanced and very pleasant to the palate. Then came the Filet Mignon… simply 5 stars. Honestly, one of the best Filet Mignons I’ve ever had. Simple yet elegant, with a subtly delicious flavor that never tries too hard. The balance of taste, cooking temperature, and tenderness of the meat was absolutely outstanding. Carlos provided very good service as well — attentive, cordial, and professional throughout the experience. Highly recommended.”

“If there were more stars, we would give them all. Babette was exceptional in every sense. The food truly feels Michelin-star worthy, every dish beautifully executed and memorable. Belén made the experience even more special with such personalized service and perfect recommendations. The atmosphere is absolutely ideal for couples looking to create a meaningful memory together. Even the owner came to our table to offer us a tasting of their incredible “liquid olives” — such an elegant and personal touch. We will definitely be back”

“I was recently in Miami and finally had the chance to have dinner at Babette, the new French restaurant from chef Dani Chavez and his wife, Alex Oliveros. The food was exquisite. Coming from an Italian background, I tend to have very high standards for food, and Chef Dani delivered an extraordinary, elegant dinner experience. I started with the beet tartare, which was beautifully balanced and simply perfect. I then had the gnocchi with fresh black truffles. As you probably know, good gnocchi require real technique and precision—they were light, delicate, and cooked to perfection, with the truffle adding depth without overwhelming the dish. Our dinner was accompanied by a wonderful Chardonnay and a glass of Champagne, and the service was just as memorable as the food. Nick, our waiter, guided us through the wine selection and made the experience feel effortless. Dani also surprised us with scallops topped with caviar, which was an incredible treat. For dessert, we had homemade vanilla and fig ice cream, which was the perfect ending to the meal. Overall, Babette felt like one of those rare places where the food, service, and atmosphere come together to create a truly special dining experience. I thought it might be worth bringing to your attention in case you’re planning to explore new restaurants in Miami.”

“The charm, the food, the vibes, the love story. Babette is a such a gem. My bestie and I hosted our birthday dinner there and Alex was not only amazing to work with, but she nailed every single detail that we asked for and I am picky. The chef created the tasting menu and recommended wine pairings along the way and the wine was SPOT ON. They have relationships with smaller vineyards and so we got to try wine that you wouldn’t be able to find otherwise. The food was impeccable. Every course came out on time and there were no bumps along the way. Every single guest was not only impressed, but left with their hearts and stomachs full.
