“This place exceeded my expectations! Everything I tried was a 10/10 no notes 🤌🏾 But honorable mention of the wood grill shrimp appetizer….Wow 😮‍💨🤯😋 taste like a Florida thanksgiving! So very yummy!!! Oh and those Wood grill oysters with that chili garlic butter…cause whoever’s idea that was deserves all the best things in life 🫶🏾 Sat at the bar, and although I like to take advantage of restaurants that have outdoor seating on the water…the restaurant is just as much a vibe on the inside. I love the that the kitchen has this open concepts, and the little bourbon seating section if you have to wait on a table. So sad I didn’t have room for dessert but I definitely will be back with a bigger appetite next time.”

“We drive 5 hours from Miami at least every year to enjoy the best barbecue restaurant in the state - Valley Smoke. Everything is cooked to perfection. The drinks are awesome and the seating outside in the tent is the best! Right on the intercoastal. And the staff is so nice without being overly attentive. Our server Leah was awesome! No issue staying for a couple hours or more. Lots of cool birds and boats passing by. It's like having the privilege of someone inviting you to their home on Roscoe Blvd for dinner. Valet parking is only mandatory if the self-parking is full. And try the triple spicy mustard! I wish there was a bottle for me to buy and bring home, hopefully next time.”

“Great place to eat. The food was amazing and the staff were all very friendly and attentive. Only thing is there is an odd smell when you first enter the restaurant that could use some attention. This could probably be fixed easily and it doesn’t affect the rating for me. I’d recommend if you are in the Jax Beach/Ponte Vedra Beach area!”

“We were here for dinner with my husband's daughter and her boyfriend. The place was packed (and we understand why!). As we approached the parking lot, there was a line of cars to get in. The line was for valet parking, which was required, but free. So, actually, that was nice! We had reservations, but still had a wait of 30 minutes when we checked in. Once we got to our seats, everything was amazing! Food is incredibly good! I had charrasco steak with mac & cheese (some of the best mac & cheese I've ever had). My husband had brisket and smoked sausage with whipped potatoes and jalapeño creamed corn. Our server was Miles and he was happy and full of energy. We never had to ask for anything - he was on it. We would definitely go back.”

“We enjoyed a dinner at Valley Smoke Restaurant. Started with a mocktail and an IPA. We had deviled eggs as an appetizer. We both had the brisket. The mustard sauce was delicious. I recommend the polenta cream corn.”
