“Went for a birthday dinner with a group of 6. Although the restaurant was packed we were impressed by the friendly and effective service as well as the speed of the kitchen crew delivering our food. Especially liked the owner making his round of the tables to check everything was fine. The best and easiest way to get customer feedback!”

“Fair pricing, modern restaurant and nice food We have visited this place a few times now. The restaurant is located close to the church in the small village of dorpsheide. They have two outdoor terraces which both are sunny. The interior is modern but cosy. The food is excellent and fairly priced. I would definitely recommend people to visit 't Pleintje when they want to lunch or dine upon visiting Hasselt.”

“Certainly the better brasserie kitchen, we had a nice meal here. The staff are also very friendly and despite the crowds we were served quickly. This hustle and bustle is also the only point of criticism, because of course there is a bit more noise. In any case, a must.”

“This was the worst experience lately in area of Hasselt. Ordered rare steak, waitress didnt knew english language, so when I ordered rare steak, she convinced me that its "senior" since i explained that i want bloody meat. She bringed me well done steak, and after i said, that this is not what i want, she blaimed me , that i ordered senior , but she was the one, who told that senior is rare. after i started discussion with her, she suddenly Didint spoke any english, even tho that she was a manager. after i bringed back the plate, they still asked me to pay for food i barely touched. Started to arguing with me , said she finds it annoying , that they need to throw away meet, and i dont even want to pay. One year ago it was an amazing place , with amazing food, but now i will never come back there again.”
