“Love funky! Sometimes the music is too loud and u can barely hear people talking at the table but other than that, good food and cute cocktail list”
“Always a great time at The Funky Door. Had a great valentines lunch with my wife. Always find some unique food. The pics are a little late we ate it all already. The truffle flight was the perfect valentine’s chocolate.”
“Celebrated New Year’s Eve with a large group of coworkers at the Funky Door last night. The drinks were on point but they must’ve been short staffed because the service was lacking. Everything we ordered took a long time for it to come to the table and the servers weren’t coming to ask if we needed more to drink. Food was tasty and they had live music. The singer had a great voice and we enjoyed listening to her. Overall it was an enjoyable experience and atmosphere.”
“The restaurant bathrooms were clean Service was courteous Arrived at 11:30 - they don’t serve lunch until 3pm Ordered power house bowl - salmon, fried egg over medium was more of a hard boiled egg I asked for items to be cooked in olive oil but I still got bloated so I’m not sure 🤔 the salmon was crispy but for $38 it wasn’t amazing For serving brunch until 3 it was odd to us to have an overkill with the wine menu and no latte’s We did get a regular coffee- it was okay. For this price point , I want my taste buds to be dancing and they weren’t , so we wouldn’t come again I don’t believe it’s necessary to reserve because there were plenty of tables So don’t stress tying your credit card to the reservations here - just go”
“Our server was very polite, she really tried to make a good experience. Our food on the other hand, took over an hour to come out. On top of that, one of the dishes wasn’t what was ordered. So one of our members had to wait an additional 15 minutes. Rice on our butter chicken was very undercooked, burnt pita bread and the miso soup was very bland. Definitely not worth the price tag. The manager/waitress did knock one of our dishes off the bill and threw in a cheesecake. We appreciated that.”
