“Came here for the omakase … ABSOLUTELY AMAZING … my favorite Oltra from today’s menu were the raviolis and fusilli pesto. I’m definitely coming back for their regular menu. The staff was very nice, attentive and with a great mood. I loved sitting at the bar so I could see the whole kitchen dynamics. Amazing experience and 100% recommended. Oscar was my waitress. Very nice guy and very attentive! 👌”
“Ivan was our server and he made our experience spectacular! We went with his recommendations for wine pairing as well as the his recommended pasta dishes and they were sooo good. We sat at the pasta bar and were able to watch them make our food the whole experience was 10/10 and atmosphere. Ramiro the manager was also great! If you’re looking for amazing pasta look no further.”
“This is one of my favorite spots for pasta and wine 🍝🍷 The pasta is made fresh in-house and you can really tell. From the moment you walk in, the service is amazing—super friendly and attentive. If you’re into wine, ask for Oscar or the manager. They really know their stuff and can help you pick something perfect. Plus, seeing all the wine bottles when you walk in is such a cool touch. The Pizza Fritta is so good—the cheese tastes super fresh and the roasted cherry tomatoes make it even better. My favorite pasta is the Funghi Calamarata, the truffle butter flavor is just incredible. And you have to try the tiramisu… no pic because I ate it all 😂”
“Came in here for pasta lunch after picking up my bib for the Miami half. Huge space, outdoor area required reservations. Pasta bar inside was decent seating for 1-2 people Open air layout of the space is cool. Can smell the deliciousness while it’s cooked in front of you, esp if you’re sitting at the pasta bar Cacio e pepe traditional pasta dish that’s hard to get wrong was tasty. They didn’t over complicate it. Right amount of pecorino Service was what you’d expect Bonus is that these guys are on in-kind”
“Came here after it was recommended by a foodie friend. When reservation was made back in Jan I was asked if we were celebrating a special occasion. I specified it was Valentine’s Day and my wife’s bday. I figured they were asking because perhaps they would have done something to enhance our experience. (More in that later) Server was nice and efficient but not bubbly or personable. She went through her favorites and recommendations as well as wine and drink options. We made our selection as seen in the pictures below minus the tiramisu which was good. Unfortunately I didn’t take a picture of the desert. We ordered the strachatella and tomatoes (APP) and stuffed católoni, cacio Pepe and beef bolegnese. (Excuse my spelling on the dishes) The strachatella and tomatoes was nice and light, way to many tomatoes to cheese ratio in my opinion, It was okay taste wise nothing special. Cataloni was average at best, the cheese that melted on top tasted and looked like it had been sitting there for a while or so. The bolegnese was undercooked and had a strange mildly sweet taste. By this time our server asked how the food was and I told her Ehhh it’s not bad but okay… I was hoping she would ask me about it, but brushed it off and walked away. The cacio de peppe (not pictured below) was the only dish that was a home run. Pasta was cooked very well and the taste was great. Highly recommend. However I feel like it could have needed some type of minor protein like bacon or something. This is just my opinion. No picture of tiramisu but it was a solid 3.8 out of 5. Have had plenty of these and only thing that was missing was more of that coffee flavor but it seems like it had been pre soaking in the cookie at the bottom and totally couldn’t taste it. Def not made to order as server mentioned she had to CHECK was available for us to pick from. In the end we had a nice meal, but nothing special was done for my wife on her special day. You would expect some gesture since it was an extra special occasion. Total bill was 192 dollars plus tip. Definitely need more protein options in menu in my opinion. In the end disappointed overall. The reservation was pointless. Food was average, but atmosphere was very nice.”
