“Amazing stay! I highly recommend this property for families. The staff at the pool were phenomenal; especially Vaughn, our pool server, and Manuel, the banquet manager. Both went above and beyond to ensure my family and I were well taken care of throughout our stay. The room was immaculate, and the housekeeping team was prompt and attentive, making sure everything was spotless each day. From start to finish, the service exceeded our expectations. We truly enjoyed our experience and would definitely come back!”

“This was my third time celebrating my birthday at the spa and pool at the Loews Coral Gables Hotel, and this year’s experience was absolutely exceptional from beginning to end. The moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by Jeremiah, who immediately made us feel welcomed and cared for. He graciously guided us to begin our spa day with a relaxing mini foot spa while we sipped refreshing lemon-infused water. It was such a thoughtful and calming touch. I received a wonderful foot rub from Adrianna while my sister was treated by Blanca, who were also our massage therapists. Both women were incredibly kind, professional, and talented. Adrianna spoke so highly of Jeremiah, sharing how gracious and caring he is not only with guests but also with the staff. You can truly feel the positive environment and teamwork there. The spa itself was spotless, peaceful, and luxurious. We were provided with robes and access to an extremely clean and comfortable bathroom and shower area to change before and after our massages. After our treatments, my sister realized she had forgotten her bathing suit. Jeremiah and Tammy kindly gave us detailed directions to a nearby Ross and even explained how to use the trolley to get there. What impressed us even more was how safely and carefully they held onto all of our belongings while we stepped out shopping in the city. Knowing our things were secure allowed us to fully relax and enjoy the rest of our day stress-free. When we returned, they graciously allowed us to use a room to change so we could continue enjoying the day at the pool. As if the day couldn’t get any sweeter, Jeremiah surprised me with a small birthday gift bag filled with spa goodies along with the sweetest birthday card — which I still have hanging on my fridge! Tammy then escorted us to the beautiful 9th-floor pool deck and gave us a full tour, showing us where everything was located, including towels, sunscreen, and lotion. She introduced us to Alejandro and another wonderful cabana employee who quickly set us up with comfortable lounge chairs and an umbrella. We were also treated to a complimentary birthday guava mimosa, which was absolutely delicious! We ordered chicken wings, a burger, and fries, and everything was amazing. The burger was especially huge, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. By the end of the day, we felt completely relaxed, pampered, and appreciated. Every single staff member we encountered went above and beyond to make my birthday feel special. A heartfelt thank you to Jeremiah, Tammy, Adrianna, Blanca, Alejandro, and the entire staff for creating such a memorable experience. I cannot recommend this spa and pool day highly enough. We will absolutely be back again!”

“My daughter and I visited this hotel after our cruise. It is a little ways away from the Miami Cruise Port, that's my only gripe. Everything else at this hotel was amazing!!! The beauty of this hotel is hands down better then the rest and puts itself light years ahead of them as well. The staff was amazing and accommodating for everything that we needed and went above and beyond expectations. Check out the pics and video clips attached and you will see 👀 the true beauty of this amazing hotel location. - rooms: clean and large - beds: soft but not too soft - pool bar: happy hours 5-7pm daily - food: always hot and fresh. make sure you try the French Toast for Breakfast (you can thank me later) - staff: extremely polite and patient with all guess, even the rude ones 🤦🏾‍♂️ - noise levels: the main lobby can get loud in the evenings when the bar crowd comes in. - rentals: Yes, they have bikes for rent at this property. - decor: amazing one of a kind art throughout the property, as well as Huge Sculptures and Murals. - valet: $43+tax for overnight (see attached pic for full breakdown Before I end this I have to mention the French Toast once again. “Gorgeous hotel and great addition to Coral Gables. My husband and I are back in Miami (lived here prior to moving to Georgia) and our top choice was the Loews Hotel. Check in was easy and we had the pleasure of meeting Peter — whatever you’re paying Peter, double it! He was phenomenal and made our check in and stay so special. We will be back to stay soon, but only if Peter will be here!”

“This place would have gotten 5 stars if not for how terrible the pool area was especially the service or lack there of. I cannot believe how the staff could be so apathetic snd have such contempt for guest. It ruins the whole atmosphere and dramatically impacted how much time and money we spent there. Unfortunately, despite having a good location, friendly lobby staff, and a nice building having a relaxing pool area is essential for a trip to Miami. If they improved the amenities and service by the pool we would come back.”
