“This place is slept on, seriously. This is the only bar in the area where the cocktails don’t taste like straight juice AND I actually get what I pay for. Also, the bartenders are friendly and the food is good too. I grew up not far from here and I’ve been struggling with the east village lately. I came with my friends and we had a blast and got stuff on the house. Thanks guys!! (Bonus points for comfortable bar seats). Pic of the bartender he was so great!!”

The flavors are complex and delicious, the fruits are so fresh, the service was amazing and they've got a great playlist setting the vibes! Shout-out to my bartender Erkan, thank you for the drink recommendations! With quality comes a higher price tag at $19 per cocktail but it's 100% worth it, I can't wait to go back and try the food!”

“We came upon AURA because of the high review rating and we were not disappointed. We were there during specials as it was before 5, and we had a show at 6. This made drinks very affordable at $14 each and they were delicious. We went with the waitress' suggestions on food and got a burger and their lemon chicken. The burger was cooked perfectly to the medium requested. The lemon chicken was the real star. You may think you're getting something like chicken francaise, but it is a texture and taste paradise. There are crispy potato bites, soft and delicious chicken breast, and a variety of perfectly cooked vegetables in a sauce that is just enough to leave you wanting more. We didn't do many tapas, opting only for the burrata - it, too, was delicious. I would make the suggestion of two bread bites to make more shareable as we only were served one.”

“The bartenders here are very friendly, especially the Turkish bartender. The vibe here is also really great. We didn’t make a reservation beforehand, but we were very lucky that they had a table for the four of us. However, I recommend booking in advance. I will definitely come back next time. “Found this gem through someone's recommendation and decided to check it out with a group of friends. We ended up pretty much trying most of the tapas and some entrees. Everything was spot on with presentation, preparation, taste and authenticity of the dishes. That figgy piggy bruschetta dish is something else....ended up literally ordering the same few times. Drinks are also something to mention about this place; large selection, well thought out composition and mixture. I was personally hooked on the Havana Sunset. Bottomline, I highly recommend this establishment for a causal night out with friends where you get Best of both worlds: food and drinks. Thumbs up to the chef.”
