“Batu was great he took care of us at the bar. Making sure our drinks were always filled and providing great service. Mezcal is my favorite and he made a version that that was the perfect balance of spicy and smoky.”
“Wonderful place! I came to Saint to celebrate my birthday last week.. Virgo season 👌🏾. I had a 7pm reservation on a Sunday and it was not packed at all. It’s not a huge spot, but the atmosphere is on point, my kind of vibe. The staff overall had great energy, but I have to be real: the security threw me off. Like most “security” in NYC, he gave more nightclub than restaurant — straight face, no greeting, strict tone, zero warmth. As the first impression, it felt like I was walking into the Federal Reserve instead of a place to eat. Thankfully, seconds later a lovely host floated out with a flawless smile and great energy — total day and night difference. From there, the night was smooth sailing. The food was delicious and the drinks were top tier. I loved that it wasn’t too loud or flashy, but still upscale and quaint at the same time. We had the lobster rolls, mac & cheese (super cheesy and perfectly seasoned), chicken sliders (flavorful with the right spicy kick), and cauliflower wings (surprisingly fire). My Hennessy lemonade was bomb too — wish I had snapped a pic. Overall, I’ll definitely be back to Saint. But I’ll say this at 7 p.m., most folks walking through those doors aren’t here to start trouble, they’re here to have dinner, celebrate, or just enjoy themselves. A softer touch and a little customer service from security would MATCH the energy of the restaurant and other workers so much better.”
“Saint is cool but seems to targets a younger demographic. Food was solid but priced at a higher price point. Tacos were delicious. The Mac and cheese trio was good but way too cheesy. Wings were solid. Music was too loud to have a conversation. The atmosphere was chill but very dimly lit. I need to be able to see well were food is being served. The bouncer at the door is a bit much and so was the man clearing the table literally standing behind the table waiting for us to take our last bite so he can grab each dish. Overall, I'd recommend for younger people wanting to have a good time at dinner with friends.”
“The customer service here was nice. I came here for my birthday was greeted by the host and also a complimentary drink. It was a party of three, my best friend was running late so my cousin and I waited at the bar and got drinks. He got the haze and I ended up with the espresso martini both were amazing. The bartender did his thing he’s African American I believe and he was very nice while we waited for my best friend to come. After she came we were seated. This place is a lounge so it’s pretty much light portions don’t expect nothing bigger than that. My best friend and I also got the pasta she went with a lasagna pasta and I went with the seafood pasta. Her pasta was salty so they took it off the bill my pasta was okay. While we were there it was also a company that was promoting cognac and they gave everyone a shot, that was nice of them to do that. They also have hookah but it wasn’t available until 8:30/9pm. Food 8/10 Service 10/10 Ambience 10/10”
“Beautiful place and nice interior, good hokkah ,but unfortunately the customer service was very unprofessional. While we were sitting at our table, staff members stood nearby, looked at us in a sarcastic way, and openly discussed us within earshot, saying things like “When they just show up, I didn’t like them.” This made us feel very uncomfortable and disrespected as guests. A restaurant should never make customers feel judged or unwelcome. Sadly, because of this experience, I would not return.”
