“Went to Soda Club last night for my boyfriend's bday. Angelia and Hamat are a dream team. They were so warm and welcoming. I was stressed after a long week, they had no clue, but they gave me so much ease. The food - amazing. We had the focaccia and olives to start - best I've had in both categories. The cacio e pepe pasta, I didn't love it but boyfriend did so that's just a preference. The pistachio rotini, I woke up dreaming of it, please don't skip it. And the carbonara pizza, delicious and unique. The mezcal margaritas were meh. We probably should've ordered a cocktail from the menu. The dessert wine was perfect though. For dessert we ordered the date cake. We don't even like sweets. We were already full. We ate the entire thing. We'll be back for sure.”
“We were extremely impressed with the consistency of quality and flavor of all the dishes we had. There really were no misses! The olive appetizer, pinsa, and cannoli were probably our favorites, if we had to choose. Please don’t sleep on the cannoli! We almost didn’t get it (because the other desserts looked so good), which would have been a huge mistake. I don’t even normally like cannolis.”
“This place is amazing. For starters, my server Madi and the bartender Manu were great company. Manu played great music, made delicious drinks, and was a fun conversationalist. Madi showed me a bunch of great wines from across the world with super detailed flavor profiles, truly a fun wine-tasting experience. From Italy, to Slovenia, I tasted notes of strawberries, chocolate, raspberry and more. She also made impeccable food suggestions and I was blown away by the focaccia, ravioli and arracinhi. We topped it off with a tiramisu. Focaccia- crispy on the outside, soft, warm and buttery on the inside. The garlic and chili pepper paste to dip was a nice contrast to the usual olive oil at most spots. Arracinhi- also very crispy. The star of the show here was the tomato sauce. Sweet and savory. Just straight up some great tomatoes. Ravioli- Wow. Just WOW. A very happy marriage between lemon and creaminess. You would never guess it’s vegan. While it only came with 3 pieces, it was pretty filling. It also had these juicy mushrooms and sweet grape tomatoes that really added to the deliciousness. Tiramisu- Delicious. Not too sweet, surprisingly a bit chocolatey. Great way to end the meal. I don’t eat a lot of vegan food but after this meal I’d like to add some vegan spots to my rotation. Even my boyfriend, who said he didn’t want to eat vegan food, will most definitely be coming back. I would be more than happy to try the rest of the food, cocktails, and wines at this spot. Soda Club is my newest obsession and go-to elevated date spot. The vibe is homey, romantic, and intimate, while also being funky and innovative with their menu.”
“Great atmosphere and service , and I am not a vegan as well, but just judging from the food itself it wasn’t like out of this world for the price it was at but it was goood. I would maybe come again for the wine? But nothing I ate really wowed me which disappointed me tbh”
“The food is good enough but nothing special. The arancini was good but not enough salt both times I went now. The Focaccia was amazing but it’s just 4 pieces of garlic bread. The bucatini was good again not much flavor/salt and almost too al dente- little crunchy. Service was great! Atmosphere was way too dark inside for 6 pm and hot with a few fans running. Tight tiny seating as well.”
