“Good news, bad news! Good -- everything about this beautifully aesthetic restaurant. Bad - we only tried 2 items on the menu since we had already had lunch. I would love to go back and try more. I watched beautiful plates head to different tables and we thoroughly enjoyed our Ezme and Shrimp apps. Enjoyed the Fig Old Fashion and a nice glass of Sancerre. Bright and airy! Great service and tempting dishes, do yourself a favor and stop in!”

“Me and my wife had our first date here and eventually the most amazing wedding reception too. All of the food is amazing and our compliments to the chef. Our go-to is the grilled octopus, octopus salad, the branzino and the lamb ribs. If I could give 10 stars for the service, I would. Everyone from Lucille (the event coordinator) and our waitress Saniya treated us like family and the feeling is mutual. The restaurant plays very calming/classy music, such a nice ambience to eat at. I can’t recommend this place more.”

“It was our second time dining at White Olive and it was just as good as we remembered! We made a reservation just in case, but walk-in would have been fine too. Front of house greeted us warmly, took our coats, and brought us to our table. Full bar, but unfortunately it wasn’t that kind of night for us. We stuck to the dinner menu which offered what I like to call an “essentials”—the menu had everything, yet was simple to focus more on quality rather than quantity. And when the food came, boy did the presentation and flavor meet expectations and then some! We enjoyed our meal and left without our meal feeling too heavy. We didn’t have room for dessert, but that’s what next times are for! Great dining experience, extremely impressed, and we recommend anyone who loves Mediterranean cuisine to dine here because you won’t regret it!”

“This is a little hidden gem a few blocks from the famous Rockefeller Christmas tree. Great Mediterranean cuisine! Large, varied menu to choose from as well as amazing cocktails. The service is 10/10 and the food 20/10! The best meal was the filet minion rossini, absolutely fantastic and large portion. Lobster pasta was also very good. One of the best tzatziki I’ve ever tried in NYC. Highly recommend this wonderful restaurant!”

“I took my mother to this place since she likes Mediterranean food and it's definitely one of the best ones I've had in a while! We like the ambiance, beautiful restaurant, and great staff! We had the Be Passionate cocktail and their Mule drink. It's very tasty and recommended to start off lunch. Next, we had their Green Risotto Shrimp appetizer. Hands down the best appetizer on their menu. Very flavorful, risotto cooked just right, and the shrimp is tender! I had the Beef Bourguignon while my mother had the Baby Lamb Chops Rack. I cannot tell you how tender the beef was. You have to try it! Delicious and flavorful. My mother enjoyed her lamb chops as well This restaurant is a go for anyone in the mood for some Mediterranean food, after a Broadway show, or just a lunch spot that will satisfy your appetite. We will definitely come here again!”
