“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolute perfection. This was honestly one of the best restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. The atmosphere is incredible — everywhere you look there are historic photos, vintage signs, memorabilia, and details that make you feel like you’re stepping into a piece of New York history. The restaurant has so much character and charm that you could spend the entire evening just looking around. The service was outstanding. The waiters were professional, charismatic, and truly embodied the classic New York steakhouse experience. And the food… absolutely phenomenal. The lobster was perfectly cooked, the potatoes were unforgettable, the cocktails (especially the Margaritas) were fantastic, and every dish we ordered was simply delicious. Even the simplest items were prepared to perfection. This is much more than just a restaurant — it’s an experience. Great food, amazing service, incredible atmosphere, and authentic New York energy. If you’re visiting New York, this place is a must. One of the greatest restaurants I’ve ever been to. Highly recommended. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ⸻ Если хочешь более эмоциональный стиль для Google Reviews, можно закончить так: “I’ve been to many great restaurants around the world, and this one is right at the top of the list. A true New York legend.” 🍸🥩🦞”
“Classic American steakhouse atmosphere with great food and very friendly service. I always order their wedge salad and mac and cheese, and they are consistently delicious every time. The steaks are cooked perfectly, portions are generous, and the staff always make you feel welcome. Don’t forget to order the carrot cake for dessert — it’s absolutely worth it. Definitely a place I keep coming back to.”
“We went for their weekend wine dinner. One price $90 and you get one appetizer/salad, one entre and one dessert plus all the wine you can drink. The food selection was quite extensive and the wine selection included sparkling wine, white or red wine. It was a great deal. Highly recommended. We ate outside which was heated and so much quieter than indoors. Service was impeccable. The waiter just kept filling up our wine glasses. The portions were large. Definitely would do again but this time I won't eat until dinner.”
“I had always wanted to try Smith & Wollensky because of The Devil Wears Prada. Ever since watching Miranda Priestly effortlessly order her steak, I promised myself I would one day have that exact New York moment. And somehow, the experience turned out even better than I imagined. I ended up dining at Walensky’s Grill, right next door, which was actually perfect. They kindly offer both menus, so you still get access to the full Smith & Wollensky experience while enjoying a slightly more relaxed atmosphere. That alone already felt like a hidden gem. Of course, I ordered the steak I had dreamed about, and it absolutely did not disappoint. It was honestly one of the best steaks I’ve ever had in my life. Cooked to perfection, intensely flavorful, and exactly what a classic New York steakhouse should deliver. The Caesar salad was everything you want from a traditional Caesar: crisp, balanced, simple, and delicious. The lobster tail was perfectly cooked and beautifully prepared. And then came the surprise highlight of the night, the cheesecake. Without exaggeration, it was the best cheesecake I’ve had in New York City. It literally melts in your mouth. I had the genius idea to pair it with mango ice cream, and the combination was unreal. Easily one of the best dessert pairings I’ve ever had. Overall, this was a true 10/10 New York experience. Incredible food, classic atmosphere, flawless execution, and yes, I absolutely had my Devil Wears Prada moment feeling like Miranda Priestly for the night. A must-visit for anyone wanting that iconic NYC steakhouse fantasy done right.”
“Real quality food here. Service was entertaining and on point. Went from quiet here at 5 to really busy by 6/7. Cajun steak was a nice twist. Recommend sharing as a table. Ask for the Steak House Guac. Which is not guacamole. It is the hash made tableside but reminiscent of the tables side guacamole experience. They may not understand but a few of us are trying to make it a "thing".”
