“I’ve been to SP a few times now, but never really cared too much about the pizza here (guess me being a spoiled European brat). But 1900 changed that. I really enjoyed the thin crust variant of their pizzas, and it came very close to the pizzas I’ve had the luxury of enjoying in Italy. Staff is very nice and super attentive. Try to sit in the back of the restaurant, with beautifully vaulted ceilings, as the front will seem a bit drafty and busy. Great view of the pizza oven, which is a delight in itself. I’m glad the other place was busy and we ended up here - molto bene, bravo!”
