“Went to Providence Bar & Kitchen for date night and had an amazing experience. The service was fantastic and everyone made us feel genuinely welcome. We shared the mussels, the octopus, arancini, broccoli rabe, fresh linguini with clams, steak frites with garlic rosemary fries, lobster tail, Brussels sprouts, and apple pie for dessert. Everything was delicious, but those garlic rosemary fries, octopus, and mussels deserve a special shoutout. Also, the apple pie is something otherworldly. Their wine and liquor selection is seriously impressive! There is something for everyone, from casual drinkers to people who appreciate the really good stuff. The dessert drink menu was also insane and worth saving room for. The restaurant is beautiful inside! Very classy without feeling pretentious, and we loved the bench seating along one side of the dining room. Finished the night with an espresso and cappuccino, both excellent. Can’t wait to come back when the weather is nice and enjoy the gorgeous outdoor seating. Highly recommend!”

“Absolutely phenomenal experience! The hospitality from the staff hits you the second they open the door for you. The restaurant itself is spotless and decorated in a classic yet contemporary way. Service was flawless- professional yet friendly with great recommendations. The food? Ridiculous. My group shared a bunch of small plates and a pasta and every bite knocked our socks off. The octopus small plate ? Absolutely unreal. Everything from the lamb chops to the calamari was absolute perfection. And the Flagship martini was so out of this world I legitimately haven’t stopped thinking about it. Practically healthy. The desserts??? I don’t know what voodoo they do to their apple pie but it ain’t yo mamas recipe. 10/10 recommend - New Prov is SO lucky to have this hidden gem in their midst. Long story short - convenient parking, unbelievable food service and drinks - and SICH a vibe. Cannot wait to come back !!”

The place was packed and now I know why - great food, service, and cocktails win out every time👊 Seared Tuna, Steak Frites, and Dover Sole entrees were enjoyed by all. “Had lunch here as a family of 6, this place has the Manhattan food quality without need to drive out to the city. Some people might think their price is high , but the amount of food they provided is huge and they actually allow to split main dish (they will set it up nicely for you) and we also ordered appetizers. Highly recommended and will definitely visit this place again. I recommended to visit during lunch hour because night time they are usually more busy.”
