“Fantastic brunch! Our waiter was so amazing and friendly. He had 6 tables going flawlessly. Food service was incredibly fast and the quality was great! They make their own hollandaise! We will definitely be back for brunch again and can’t wait to come back for dinner. The waiter even made the pickles and onions that were in my Caesar (I asked because they were some of the best pickles I’ve had outside of my own kitchen.) If you’re in the area and you like schnitzel it’s a must try. If you like a Caesar ask for extra pickles. 🥒 worth it.”

“Experienced one of the better meals I've had in Victoria at Eva this past week. First, they really do set the tone with the atmosphere. The place really does give schnitzel, but with a warm modern edge and super cool music. They match the vibe with the service, very cool and incredibly friendly staff who know the menu well and are enthusiastic about their own food, always a fun plus. German food doesn't always inspire confidence in terms of flavor variation but man that's where Eva shines. The variation in acid and salt levels, and overall execution is awesome. I had a schnitzel with mushroom sauce and started with the assorted pickles. Also finished with the Apple cake. The variation in flavors and textures was everything you want out of a well-executed meal. Overall, it's a bummer that I don't live in Victoria because I would be back as soon as possible. Don't sleep on it cause it has schnitzel in the title. You are in for a treat.”

“Two of us for dinner. Pretzel and roesti was ok, sauerkraut was good, spatzle was very good. The Jaeger and mustard schnitzel were fantastic. Had schnitzel in Vienna at three renowned Schnitzel houses a few years ago and this was just as good. For dessert, had apple caramel cake and chocolate pot de crème - apple caramel was our favourite and it was outstanding. Both servers were knowledgeable and efficient . Definitely will return.”

“I went there for dinner. Although we didn’t make a reservation, we were lucky to find a table and didn’t have to wait long. The atmosphere was great, and the food was absolutely delicious. The beer I had there was truly unforgettable.”
