At Cocoon Brewing we have a taste for adventure and desire to toast the collective moments of curiosity and moments that shape us. We aim to provide the backdrop that allows you to reconnect with your sense of wonder and exploration. Our cocoons are individual cabin-style buildings nestled into our expansive lawn away from the main taproom. Designed as private small group spaces for an immersive experience they each include dedicated WiFi, Streaming TVs, and Bluetooth Audio for viewing and listening to your preferences. Each cocoon is uniquely furnished to highlight certain attributes that we feel complement your time with us in a singular way. Each Cocoon reservation gives you the opportunity to spend 2hrs in a private intimate setting outside of the taproom with a dedicated server from our staff. “One of the coolest breweries in Green Bay. Great beer selection and even a basic liquor bar. Amazing pizza. Occasional live music. Endless outside seating areas. Their rental units are a genius idea. You can rent out the units for private parties. Each unit is themed differently and you can get food and beverage service inside.”
“Neat spot with unique outdoor huts for private parties. I am not a huge fan of the pizza, the style and crust us good but the sauce is really sweet. I love pizza even the sweeter sauce but this is just a tad too much.”
“We stopped in for a beer recently and had a great time. The place is spacious with plenty of seating inside and outside. It was too chilly for us to enjoy the patio seating, so we sat at the bar. The bartender was friendly and recommended some great options. We all ordered flights, which was a great way to try most of their items. We enjoyed the Brief Opulence (cinnamon roll stout) and the Field study (hazy IPA) the best. Although, the Hiding in the Lime (key lime sour) and Spekto cooler were tasty too. They also have food available and the pizza smelled so good, but we didn’t get any this go around. We will definitely be back to try more in the future.”
