At Compris Vineyard, we believe wine has the power to bring people together and create lasting memories. Nestled in the rolling hills of Newberg, Oregon, our 12.5-acre, organically farmed vineyard sits in the Chehalem Mountains AVA of the Willamette Valley, where diverse soils and a distinctive climate allow us to grow a range of expressive grape varietals. As a small, owner-operated winery, we take a hands-on approach to crafting wines that reflect both our land and our values. Whether you’re a seasoned enthusiast or new to wine, we welcome you into an intimate, relaxed setting where connection - to the wine, the place, and the people behind it - comes naturally. Our 1.5-hour tasting experience pairs thoughtfully made wines with breathtaking vineyard views and warm hospitality. Tastings are $30 per person, with one tasting fee waived for every three bottles purchased. Guests may enjoy their experience on our scenic terrace, covered patio, or in our cozy indoor space—each offering its own perspective of the vineyard. “We were greeted like royalty outside with a glass of delicious Champagne in honor of Valentines day. So very impressive!!! We had great conversation with Dru the owner who made a point to go to every table and chat with his guests. His helper (sorry did not catch her name), was equally charming and very welcoming. We love how the wines are name after some very famous songs, for example, "Wavelength" by Van Morrison. Highly recommend a visit”
“We loved going to Compris Vineyard. It wasn’t even open and Dru allowed Triangle Wine Country Tours bring us by anyways so we were the only ones there. Incredible experience. We got to sit with the owner and ask many questions and enjoyed several pinots. The vineyard was beautiful and the wines spectacular. We were taking flights so I had some shipped to my home. I don’t think they lasted a week! Thanks for a great experience.”
