Dancing Goat Distillery is a Wisconsin-based craft distillery dedicated to thoughtful production, sensory exploration, and memorable on-site experiences. From guided distillery tours to immersive hands-on Gin Academy classes, our experiences are designed for guests who want to engage more deeply with how spirits are made—and why it matters. Our Gin Academy is one of our most popular experiences and frequently sells out months in advance. To ensure fairness and consistency, Gin Academy dates are released on a rolling schedule, posted approximately three months at a time. What to expect: • At least three Gin Academy sessions are offered each month • New dates are added every three months 2026 dates will continue to be released on this cadence Planned release timing for 2026: • April – June 2026 → added by end of January 2026 • July – September 2026 → added by end of April 2026 • October – December 2026 → added by end of July 2026 We recommend checking back periodically or joining our email list for updates as new dates are released. “This is a great place to hang out, and enjoy some mighty fine distilled spirits - in Cambridge, WI. Beautiful piece of land (and will look signficantly better when it's not Wiinter), and the driveway to the building winds itself to the smallish parking lot. Most of the building looks to be production, but the entry way to the interior space for patrons is easy to find and has some great curb appeal. Once inside, lot of wood, and look the part of a fine establishment serving high level spirits. Mick served us up, and had some great history and recommendations for us. The flight had us trying their Gin, Brandy, and Rye Whiskey. We also were able to taste a differnt rye whiskey that was finished in port casks. More than enough variety to please everyone - and many liquid for sale here, too, onsite. We'll be back. Highly recommended!”
