“A classic stop for Oregon Pinot Noir. The tasting room has jaw-dropping views of the Dundee Hills valley (and on a clear day you can even see Mt. Jefferson). A lovely perch from which to drink classic, elegant Pinot and Chardonnay. The tasting culture is beautifully done here. After a warm greeting by your lovely hosts, you receive a property portfolio with information about their four vineyards. While you’re enjoying the literature, they start by pouring your three Pinots all at once, so you can go back and forth between the different vineyards and taste to discover the signature presentations of each, without waiting for the host to come and pour the next tasting. I loved being able to taste quickly back-to-back and then sit back and enjoy. Also, Allie was incredible. When she noticed my 2017 Fennwood Pinot had gotten a bit too warm out on the patio in the sun, and she brought me a fresh taste! I felt like a queen. Also, they END the tasting on the Chardonnay. Their Chardonnay is a beautiful presentation of a savory/sweet baking spice. My palate was ready for something lighter and I realized I had never been somewhere that ended on the light. It was perfect. Their bottles are made for aging, so they don’t open young vintages for tastings, and you’ll be treated to at least three year old vintages here. Go for the wine, stay for the views, linger for the incredible service from the hosts!”

“We visited during the off-season, which honestly might be the best time to go 😉. Everyone was friendly and welcoming from start to finish. Scott was our guide and shared the history of the vineyard and wines while answering all of our questions—never rushed or annoyed. Sarah offered great recommendations for other places to visit during our trip, and Mitch was also very helpful and friendly. And the views were amazing! The wines were all delicious and highly recommended. We only left with three bottles since we were flying, but we definitely could have bought more.”

“Impressive wines and incredible service! Dusky Goose is absolutely gorgeous, the views are spectacular, the wines are excellent and the service was top notch. Jorge, Angelica & Dillon made our group feel really welcomed. The entire tasting experience was perfect. Their wines were a different feel than most in the Willamette Valley. We tried a huge array of wines from Chardonnay to some special library reds that were all unique and delicious. The rosè was a nice surprise, as it was so crisp with the perfect amount of sweetness without feeling like a dessert wine. The charcuterie plates are a lovely spread, complimented by the local hazelnuts. I highly recommend the tasting experience here and look forward to my next visit.
