“Five stars for an incredible family vacation! We stayed in a family suite and were blown away by the value—just $110 for the night, which completely included our waterpark access. Visiting in the middle of the week was a brilliant move because the indoor waterpark wasn't crowded at all, giving our toddler plenty of space to splash and play. My only wish is that the outdoor pool was accessible during the week rather than just on Fridays, though I completely understand it takes a lot of maintenance for fewer mid-week guests. The rooms were spotless, the service was fantastic, and the location in Webster is incredibly convenient. Highly recommend!”

“We came to the Great Wolf for the first time ever with our family of 4. My sons are 8 and 12 and this was a surprise trip for them to start off the summer. We purchased them both the Wolf Pass and they loved absolutely everything it included! The MagiQuest Adventure scavenger hunt was definitely a favorite of theirs! The water park was fabulous! I could accompany my sons everywhere and the rides all felt safe and thrilling. The staff allows you to wear tight fitting water shoes and goggles on rides, which is perfect! Kalahari didn’t allow shoes or goggles when we went and my feet were so sore at the end of the trip it made me re-think ever visiting again. Goggles are very important for my family because both of my boys get eye irritation with chlorinated water in their face. Great Wolf would definitely be my pick if I was in the position to choose between the two parks. Options for food in the park are limited but delicious!!! Definitely don’t miss the bedtime story in the lobby it was one of my younger son’s favorite parts 🥰”

“I took my daughter and my grandson for 2 night and 3 days to your amazing water park lodge. This trip was not a planed trip, but heard about it from a friend. From the moment we checked in to check out, our experience is one for the books. My grandson had the best time of his life. From the dance parties, to story time, the arcades, bowling and the unforgettable water slides and pools. My grandson already wants to go back. Our rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable and we never had to leave the lodge for anything. We dined in for dinner, had ice cream and also met new friends. The service and workers were helpful and friendly. Most of all, as I watched and observed to see families together making beautiful memories and grandparents enjoying their grandchildren! “I have visited the Great Wolf Lodge in the Grapevine/Dallas area four times with my family and had a great experience each visit. This was my first stay at the Webster location, and unfortunately, I cannot say the same. We chose this location to celebrate my son’s birthday and brought a group of nine guests, so this was a special and meaningful trip for our family. Given the cost—approximately $2,000 for two nights—I expected a level of service consistent with both your brand and the price point. Unfortunately, the experience fell short in several areas. At check-in, I was quoted $60 for a late checkout. When I returned the following day to purchase it, I was told the price had increased to $109, despite no changes to my reservation. Additionally, multiple staff members provided conflicting information regarding event and activity closing times, which created confusion for our group. There also appeared to be training gaps among team members. I was issued the wrong pass at check-in compared to what I had paid for, and I had to return to the front desk to have this corrected. Overall, the level of service did not meet expectations, especially considering the cost of the stay. I am sharing this feedback in hopes that it reaches corporate leadership, as improvements in staff training, communication, and consistency would make a meaningful difference in the guest experience.”
