“Great experience at Four Pillars distillery for their Gin tasting experience. We got 4 flavours of gin to try with the lemonade mixer, which helped mellow out the flavours a bit because we weren’t used to drinking highly concentrated alcohol. Strongly recommend coming here on your road trips from Melbourne.”
“Gin paddle was half off at happy hour and was a great way to sample their varieties. On the day they threw in a couple extra tastings for newer flavours. Chicken karrage was yum. staff were all super friendly and helpful. Atmosphere was great. Will definitely return.”

All their cheese platters and the snacks were excellent. All the gin we tried were very good, especially the Shiraz flavour. The service was very good.”

“Had an amazing experience at Four Pillars Distillery! Angus provided excellent service and made the visit really enjoyable. Tried their G&T paddle and even got a complimentary Christmas gin, which was a lovely surprise. We also ordered the Olive Leaf G&T separately—loved it! The free tastings they offer are a great way to explore their range, and we ended up buying the Olive Leaf G&T to take home. Friendly staff, great service, and fantastic drinks—highly recommend visiting!”
