“The service was top notch and absolutely AMAZING!!! It was near closing and my friend and I were looking at the menu and decided not to order as we were aware that no drink orders were being taken anymore, but a really really nice gentleman insisted on making us drinks despite us saying it was really okay. Not only that, he added a strawberry cake on top as well, and packaged everything up so neatly! He was very pleasant, welcoming, polite, and extremely nice to talk to. He made our night! The strawberry smoothie and cake were delicious, the decorations were cute, and the shop was so tidy! We were so very grateful and will always be coming back!”

“Had such a wonderful time visiting the Hello Kitty Cafe! All of the staff were lovely and manager John T. was so thoughtful! We loved the assortment of foods and tea in the Bow Room. Especially appreciated the vegetarian options. Every part of the meal was so well-crafted. Excited to come back soon!”

“I appreciate when restaurants accommodate allergies. They had to redo our tea food because of sesame seeds. There was no delay. They replaced the breads with milk bread and it was perfect. My favorite dessert was the square almond cake with white chocolate. The other delights were too sweet but we ate them anyway. I love that the semi private room was small and away from the regular mall traffic. The teas were all lovely as we each had a full pot! I'd go again. We were pleasantly full. Since this was a surprise and my eyes were closed, the staff said "welcome to cheesecake factory!" So adorable.”

“Very cute Hello Kitty Cafe in Valley Fair (located on the 2nd floor next to Bloomingdale). There is usually a long line and luckily there was no line when we walked by. We decided to give it a try. Ordered th pineapple soft serve. It is very good but a little pricey for $10. (I know I can get the same soft serve for cheaper at other ice-cream places. You are paying the the Hello Kitty brand.) There is no seating inside and a few tables outside the cafe. May come back to try other items if there is no line or the line is short. If you are a Hello Kitty fan, definitely come by to check it out!”

“Had I known better, I’d have skipped making a reservation to sit in the cafe room (literally just a small pink room) and just opted to get a snack at the counter to-go. Also adding automatic 18% gratuity is ridiculous. The server was friendly. The desserts came out first and drinks almost 10 minutes later. I drove over an hour in traffic one way to go here, had to pay for parking, and will not be back ever.”
