“Very nice room, very nice host, and very nice wines! The two of us were able to walk in and get a table immediately. The host was a very friendly and knowledgeable lady who grew up in Walla Walla, moved away, and came back in recent years. Her knowledge of wines was outstanding, perhaps from her time as a wine seller, and her knowledge of the town and its history was even better. This was one of the best tastings we had in the region. The addition of a few neutral tasting bread sticks was a nice touch to cleanse the palate and just nibble between wines. I don’t know why all tasting rooms don’t do something similar.”

“Heritage by L’Ecole is the tasting room for L’Ecole Winery. It opened in the spring of 2021. The decor, vibe, and service is excellent. Single red roses adorn black soapstone tables; room is full of natural light with touches of warm tone Edison bulbs in brass fixtures along the perimeter. We ordered the Charcuterie plate and highly recommend: generous portion (fed 4) and high quality cuts of meat and cheese. Our sommelier, Karen, was kind, personable, and informative. Wine was excellent too! 5/5 stars. Bottle cost $16-75.”
