“I rarely give out bad reviews but the staff at Lewis just completely sabotaged my travel plan. I requested to reschedule my tasting from Friday to Saturday, and Kathy mistakenly rescheduled it at a different time on Friday until I noticed in the email. I was able to get the refund, but all the spots on Saturday were already all booked out and we eventually decided to cancel our plan to go to Napa. As an avid wine lover (WSET L3) I was really really looking forward to this visit, yet it's just so frustrating that I didn't even get to visit Lewis in the end.”
