“Luther crest rehab facility is a premier rehab facility. My spouse entered facility unable to walk and Pt staff did an excellent job in accomplishing her goal to return home in a short time frame. The facility is super clean and the 3 meals a day are top quality food with priority of a nutritional meal to build muscle structure to accomplish her goals . With a recent inspection by government officials the facility passed all areas with zero defects . We would recommend this facility to clients want quality staff , food and services.”
“My name is Eugene, and I want to share my deepest appreciation for the incredible care my mother, Elena, received at EverTrue Luthercrest. From the moment we walked through the doors, it was clear that this community truly prioritizes compassion, professionalism, and dignity. Valentina, the administrator, sets the tone for the entire facility. She is warm, attentive, and always ready to help with anything our family needed. Her leadership ensures that residents and their families feel supported every step of the way. I also want to give special recognition to Linda, one of the nurses who cared for my mom with patience, kindness, and genuine concern. She consistently went above and beyond—whether it was answering our questions, checking on my mom’s comfort, or simply offering a reassuring smile during difficult moments. Thanks to the entire EverTrue Luthercrest team, my mom felt safe, respected, and truly cared for. Their dedication made a challenging time significantly easier for our family. I am forever grateful for the love and professionalism they showed Elena. I wholeheartedly recommend EverTrue Luthercrest to any family looking for exceptional, compassionate care.”
“Staff and residents are friendly and interesting to converse with. There's a wide variety of great food and activities from which to choose. The campus, which is an accredited Arboretum, is a beautiful place for outside activities like walking, bocce, and our CROP Hunger Walk in the autumn and our Water Walk for Malawi in the spring.”
“Luther Crest is a fantastic continuing retirement community in the Allentown area. As a physician, I've served in multiple nursing facilities and have never seen the kind, compassionate nature that is not only present but expected at Luther Crest. We are proud to be a smaller facility that has time to get to know our residents. The team including our nurses, aides, social services, administration, therapists, dietary all work cohesively together. With our rehab residents, our social services team works on discharge planning from the moment of admission. They communicate with patient, families, and other members of the team regarding level of care, care expectations, and outpatient appointments. Our team meets daily to review our rehab residents' appropriateness for safe discharge to home or another location. I cannot say enough good things about our institution, both our CCRC as a whole and our nursing facility/ personal care. In reading through the comments, would recommend taking making choices about rehab/ health care facilities with a grain of salt. We are proud of our staff and response to ever changing residents/ medical situations. Glad to be available too if there any questions!”
“I am a Luther Crest resident. Shortly after my wife and I moved here, she was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease. I was able to care for her in our cottage for more than five years, but her condition worsened to the point where she needed to move to the nursing home (called the Health Care Center here). She lived there for over three years before she passed away last fall. I spent many hours with her every day and was able to observe the workings of the nursing home. It was comforting to me to see how well my wife was taken care of. The nurses and aides were compassionate and efficient. Her room and bathroom were kept spotlessly clean. When I came in the morning, she was always washed, dressed, and well groomed. She liked the food, often saying how good a meal was. Until she became severely disabled, she took part in some of the many activities available. We went to musical performances together. She participated in arts and crafts projects. I will always be grateful for the care my wife received at Luther Crest in her last years.”
