“Food and service are wonderful. Reservations are recommended, it is always packed. The tables are tight. We tried the 4 layered chocolate cake, not very moist. But the meat (steak) is fabulous! Shrimp incredible! Calamari great size and taste. Salads fresh!”

“I visited Nick & Sam’s Steakhouse recently, and I’ll be honest I was already on my way out of the restaurant due to how the evening was going. Before I left, I shared my concerns, and that’s when everything changed. The manager, Sean, stepped in and completely turned the experience around. He listened, was genuinely attentive, and made it clear that the restaurant truly cares about its customers. His professionalism and approach made a lasting impression, and in my opinion, he is one of the best additions to this restaurant. The food and drinks were excellent, exactly what you would expect from a place like this. While the service at the start didn’t quite match that level, the way management handled the situation made all the difference. Because of Sean and the way he handled everything, I left feeling valued and more importantly, willing to give this restaurant another chance.”
