“Celebrated my 40th Birthday at Alibi last Saturday and had an amazing experience! Pete the owner made sure everything I wanted came together perfectly. Dave and Imagine kept the cocktails flowing, Asan did a great job keeping everything on schedule from hors d’oeuvres to dessert. Their DJ Platinum Gold Entertainment kept the energy up all night. Highly recommend for a party or special event!”
“I hosted my 40th birthday party at this cocktail lounge, and I honestly could not have chosen a better place to celebrate such a special milestone. From the moment we arrived, the entire staff went above and beyond to make the night feel seamless, elevated, and truly unforgettable. The atmosphere was absolutely perfect — stylish, and fun (decorated for the sugar rush pop up event)!! The cocktails were incredible, and consistently amazing all night long (we upgraded to top shelf). So many of my guests commented on how great the drinks, service, and overall experience were. What really stood out most was the level of hospitality. The staff was attentive, accommodating, organized, and genuinely invested in making sure everything ran smoothly. Planning a private event can be stressful, but Pete made the entire process easy and enjoyable from start to finish. If you are looking for a venue for a private event or birthday party, I cannot recommend this place enough. Thank you for helping make my 40th birthday so memorable!”
“The food they had for that even was amazing definitely want to go back for a normal menu. The service was awesome never felt so comfortable he even gave us a few laughs”
“INSANE POP UP BAR🤩 We came to the Alibi Lounge for their Sugar Rush Candy Cocktail Experience in Farmingdale, NY! It was so sweet! Literally😉🍭 Highly recommend: + Smores martini + Cotton candy sundae + Key lime pie martini (sooo good) + The Big Pretzel (very savory!) + Smores sundae + Candy corn martini + Snickers cocktail Cute little photo ops, fun music, bubbles and lots of decor make this little lounge feel like Candyland😍 (Basically the kids get sugar rushes and the parents get hammered🤣 - RESPONSIBLY of course!) This pop up bar is so cool! We heard they have other themes! We can’t wait to come back! The staff was very kind! Loved our server Lisa and the owner Pete definitely has a creative eye!! This place is perfect for couples, family night out, or with friends 🥳 They even give you a big bag of candy to take home 🥹 Tickets are $15 a person! I believe the pop up is only available Fri, Sat and Sun! You get 90 mins at your table, which is plenty of time to enjoy! Enjoy the rest of the town and have the perfect time at the Alibi Lounge 🙌❤️”
“Came to this location for a “Mr. Grinch Christmas Pop-Up”. We paid $30 per person x 4 people so $120 just for seats to sit at the pop up which we thought included a show. None of this included food. When we got there the place was small. It was cute and decorated but nothing like I had expected from photos online. I was very disappointed by the fact that their was not a full menu. The food menu consisted of only 6 bar food items (pretzels, egg rolls, chips, hummus, mini pizza). We only ordered two alcoholic drinks which were $15 each and so strong you couldn’t even drink it. If you ask for a drink without alcohol you are still charged the same amount. In total we paid $150 for bar “food” not including the tip and this was on top of the $120 we paid just to sit there for the “show” and seats. The show was probably the worst part of it all. I was extremely disappointed when I realized my $120 went down the drain as soon as the grinch came out an hour after we were seated. The grinch sang one song for 2 minutes and then spent the last 30 minutes taking pictures with people and then sang one other song for 2 minutes right at the end. You can NOT charge people $30 per person x 4 = $120 for a show and seats and then play 2 songs for 5 minutes. That’s absolutely insane and then to charge us $150 for food on top of it??!?? We literally spent $300 last night for 4 people to eat bar finger foods and watch somebody dressed up in a grinch costume sing for legit 5 minutes. What a gimmick. I feel absolutely robbed. I will post photos because I essentially paid for the photos at this point because I guess this place is just for influencers to take pictures to show “look where I was during the holidays, while you weren’t” type vibe. So yes come here if you want to pay $300 for subpar bar food and pictures with the grinch and cute decor, but if you are expecting a show you will get 2 songs…”
