“I visited this establishment and enjoyed the excellent food and amazing service from the staff. While waiting for our seating upstairs, we grabbed a drink at Toto downstairs, and the bartender was hands down the best I’ve ever encountered—an outstanding experience. Unfortunately, I have to deduct a star due to poor communication after the visit. After realizing I hadn’t kept a copy of my receipt, I contacted both restaurants via Instagram for a copy for personal use. One left my message on read, and the other hasn’t responded even after a week. The owner told me to reach out via Instagram, but that didn’t result in any follow-up. While the in-person experience was great, the lack of communication after payment left me unimpressed.”

“The food is really good. But the price is almost equal to a two Michelin star restaurant, so value for money is really not there. For R$ 650 per person you can definitely have a better fine dining experience. The wine pairing costs an additional R$ 380 per person, but the wines are not that good and they will serve you the bottles they have opened the day before while they don’t even use a simple vacuum pump to preserve the wine from oxidation. Again, the food is really good and worth trying. But it’s definitely over priced (I’d double of what it should be). But wine pairing is definitely a no go.”
