Pali Wine Co. is a family-owned winery with 20 years of winemaking rooted in Santa Barbara County. Known for expressive, small-lot wines, Pali produces Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and a growing range of varieties, alongside boundary-pushing natural wines, all crafted with intention at the estate vineyard in the Sta. Rita Hills and at the Lompoc winery under the direction of longtime winemaker Aaron Walker. The Lompoc winery is a working production facility and the heart of Pali’s winemaking operations. Visits are offered by appointment for intimate, behind-the-scenes tastings hosted by Aaron and the winery team, offering a closer look at the people, places, and process behind the wines.
