What diners say
“Amazing wine. Excellent staff. Fun unique setting especially among Warehouse district. Always a stop for us when we go up to woodinville. The wine is a bit expensive compared to surrounding wineries but I think the quality is well worth it.”

“We hosted my 60th birthday celebration at Prohibition Cellars and it was absolutely perfect. The event space is fantastic — we started the evening in the tasting room with wine (and beer) and heavy apps, which created such a warm and lively atmosphere as guests arrived. Later, we opened up the back space for dancing, and it flowed beautifully for our group of about 55 guests.
Vi, the Events Manager at Prohibition Cellars and owner of Noel & Nosh Charcuterie, provided the grazing table and was great at helping me coordinate the entire event. She was wonderful to work with — organized, responsive, and calm throughout the planning process. The food was beautifully arranged and absolutely delicious. Guests are still talking about how good everything was.
From the space layout to the food, wine, and overall flow of the evening (including a DJ and line dancing), everything came together seamlessly. I couldn’t have asked for a better venue to celebrate such a special milestone. Highly recommend Prohibition Cellars for any private event.”

“This is a hidden GEM! A must visit in Woodinville! Phenomenal wines. The stories and history make it even better. Our host was great and the Winemaker’s lovely wife gave us a fabulous tour and shared lovely stories. This is truly a special place. Would give 100 stars if I could.”

“Prohibition Cellars is a fantastic spot to visit! The winery was started in 2017 by a gentleman who makes all the wine himself, using traditional, old-school methods. He sources grapes from some of Washington’s best vineyards, and the wines truly reflect the character of each place.
The tasting room has a clean, modern feel with a subtle Prohibition-era vibe. There’s also a comfortable outdoor seating area—perfect for relaxing with a glass. Inside, you’ll see a row of fermenters that give a cool behind-the-scenes look at the winemaking process.
Great wines, great atmosphere, and friendly people. Highly recommend stopping by for a tasting!”

“Absolutely wonderful wine that stands out as not just another stereotypical WA wine. Great outdoor space (with shade and flowers!), really cool interior, and a very enjoyable winemaker. We always include this stop in our wine tasting trips.”
