“I had such a great experience at with an instructor at Drive Shack. I came in just wanting to have fun with coworkers, but ended up getting real, helpful guidance that made a noticeable difference in my swing. And outstanding service for our work team building I had personal assistant from the instructor Suz was patient, knowledgeable, and really knew how to break things down in a way that was easy to understand. Suz always able to quickly spot issues with my form especially my stance and follow-through and grip ! Suz gave me simple adjustments that immediately improved my consistency and distance. “Extremely disappointed with Drive Shack Short Pump. What used to be a fun and professional experience has seriously gone downhill. Our group made a reservation online, checked in normally, got settled into our bay, entered everyone’s names, started our game, and placed our drink order. Shortly afterward, we were informed that food service would not be available for over an hour, which was already frustrating. Then, about 45 minutes into our game, in the middle of active play, we were abruptly removed from our bay. A manager came over asking for the reservation name. I immediately showed him proof of the reservation on my phone, at which point we were simply placed back into the bay with absolutely no apology, explanation, or attempt to make the situation right. The entire interaction completely changed the atmosphere for our group. We honestly wanted to leave at that point, but despite the inconvenience and embarrassment, we were still charged the full amount. On top of the poor customer service, the facility itself no longer feels maintained. Many of the clubs were heavily worn out, damaged, or missing altogether. It is very clear that the quality and attention to detail have declined significantly. I specifically chose Drive Shack because of the Memorial Day promotion supporting Active Duty military and Veterans, which made the experience even more disappointing. If this is how customers are treated, it is easy to understand why competitors like Topgolf continue to outperform them. Unfortunately, this experience ensured our group will not be returning.”
