Chef Phillip Frankland Lee and Margarita Kallas-Lee's well renowned Sushi by Scratch team takes over Montage Los Cabos Sushi Bar for an eight-seat exclusive Omakase experience. However, this is not your ordinary omakase menu. The nigiri are not just supremely finessed but also infused with original touches. Even traditional pairings become transcendent with his house-fermented soy sauce. The iconoclastic vibe extends to the beverages, including cocktails, sake, and beer. This "sushi bar" does adhere strictly to one tradition only: a mini counter with seating for just eight to ensure a deeply personalized experience. Seatings at 5.45pm and 8pm sharp.
