  Chef Cédric Vongerichten loves the picturesque streets of Nolita, which is why he chose this vibrant Manhattan neighborhood as the location for his new restaurant. Wayan offers Indonesian cuisine with a modern French flair, in a sleek space warmed by teak paneling, lush plants, and whitewashed brick. The unique and varied menu combines seasonal products and savory Southeast Asian flavors. Wayan’s showpiece bar turns out innovative cocktails highlighting ingredients inspired by the region. The cozy dining room, with its soothing tones, recessed lighting, and authentic carvings, promotes the sharing of food and conversation.

  Wayan Turkey Tumpeng

  A Prix-Fixe menu will be served for the entire day on Thanksgiving Day. ALL GUEST must participate to the Turkey Tumpeng Prix-Fixe menu. $50 deposit will be taken upon booking and used towards your final bill. Additional a la carte items will be made available in addition to Prix-Fixe. Price: $98 per person To ensure all of our reservations are able to enjoy their time at Wayan, we ask our guests to be mindful of the time they spend dining. We presently reserve tables of 2 or less for 1 hour and 30 minutes. For 3 or more guests we reserve tables for 2 hours. Not showing up or cancelling within 48 hours of reservation time will trigger a $50 per person non-refundable cancellation fee.
