“We had an amazing experience from start to finish. Jimmy W was a gem, attentive with perfect timing. So personable. The knife and fork Cobb and Caesar salad were delicious. Cheese Tavern Pizza absolutely perfect. Fantastic beer, wine and cocktail selection. Bustling and busy vibe, but not too loud where you couldn’t have a conversation.”

“Wow, this place is outstanding. The food is fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked, with every dish showing real care and attention to detail. You can tell there is pride behind what comes out of the kitchen, and it makes the whole meal feel that much more enjoyable. Service was attentive and welcoming, adding to an already great experience. The location is also a huge plus, right in the Gold Coast and within walking distance to spots like Michigan Avenue, Water Tower Place, and John Hancock Center. It is a perfect place to stop in for great food and drinks while exploring the area, and definitely somewhere we will be coming back to.”

“Absolutely impressed. Every dish came out looking amazing and tasting even better. The burger was juicy with crispy, well-seasoned fries. Everything felt intentional—from the sauces to the presentation. You can tell they take pride in what they serve. Perfect dessert. Warm, soft chocolate chip cookie with a smooth mint ice cream center—simple combo but done perfectly. The balance of flavors and textures is unreal This is the kind of spot where you try one thing and end up wanting the whole menu. Definitely coming back 🔥🍔”

“Delicious place! Took a look at the menu not realizing I was on the menu for River North and then went to the Gold Coast location. The River North location had truffle fries on the menu, the Gold Coast location, sadly, did not. Its okay though, totally my bad for reading the menu for another location. Our server was Charlotte and she was nice, gave suggestions and chatted with us a bit. Delicious place to dine and we would come back. Had the burger with sweet potatoe fries and the salmon wok bowl. Yum!”

“Nice atmosphere - not too loud but casual and welcoming. The food is fantastic. Thank you to our waiter Matias for the excellent recommendations. The Chimichurri wings were to die for, as were the Cherry Old Fashioned’s. The Filet Mignon sandwich was cooked perfectly and was flavorful and super tender and glad we got the jalapeño potato side. Loved the Wok Out bowl too. We will be back.”
