Welcome to Heddon Street Kitchen. We can't wait for you to join us in our restaurant, bar and on the terrace in the heart of Piccadilly.
“We visited on a Saturday night with two families after making a reservation. Street Burger was absolutely fantastic. The welcome team and waitstaff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our visit. The fact that the kids’ menu is complimentary is a great example of why Gordon Ramsay is a world-class chef and restaurateur. It’s not about the money; it’s about the mindset, customer experience, and vision. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely be coming back”
“We had a wonderful experience at Heddon Street Kitchen. The food was absolutely delicious — every dish was full of flavour, especially the crispy duck bao and smashed burger. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome throughout the meal. The little celebration plate was also a lovely touch. Great atmosphere, excellent service, and very tasty food. We’ll definitely be back!”
“The staff were absolutely outstanding from start to finish. They were warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive, making us feel comfortable right away. Service was quick and efficient, but never rushed, and every team member we interacted with was polite and professional. What really stood out was how friendly and helpful they were, nothing felt like too much trouble, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. It made a big difference to the overall experience.I had a really enjoyable experience dining here. The food was excellent—everything was fresh, well-presented, and full of flavour. You can tell there’s real care put into both the ingredients and the preparation. Excellent service like this is hard to come by, and it’s a big reason I’d happily return.”
“We recently dined at Gordon Ramsay’s Heddon Street Kitchen and overall had a very enjoyable experience. For starters, we chose the prawn cocktail and the fried spiced cauliflower. The prawn cocktail was excellent – fresh, well-presented and full of flavour. The fried spiced cauliflower was less successful. While the seasoning was pleasant, the cauliflower lacked the crisp texture I was expecting and was unfortunately quite soggy. For mains, we had the roasted cod and the fillet steak with béarnaise sauce, accompanied by Tenderstem broccoli and mash with garlic butter. The cod was nicely cooked, but on its own it was a little under-seasoned and lacked flavour. However, when combined with the crushed potatoes and rich red wine sauce, it became much more enjoyable. That said, the overall dish became rather rich and was difficult to finish. The fillet steak was cooked perfectly medium, juicy, tender and full of flavour. The béarnaise sauce was excellent and complemented the steak beautifully. The standout side dish was undoubtedly the mash with garlic butter – absolutely delicious and one of the highlights of the meal. The Tenderstem broccoli was also well cooked and a good accompaniment. Service throughout was quick, efficient and friendly, which added to the positive experience. Overall, there were some minor disappointments, particularly with the cauliflower and the balance of the cod dish, but the quality of the steak, sides and service made for a very pleasant meal. I’d happily return and would recommend it to others looking for a reliable dining experience in central London.”
“Visited with my kids on Saturday night. Really nice atmosphere and lots of people around. The cauliflower and burrata were great starters, excellent flavour. Solid 5/5, would definitely recommend. But the Beef Wellington was a huge disappointment. A few issues: - No seasoning. Bland and lacking flavour. Feels like they make so many that quality control disappears. - No red wine jus brought to the table. We had to ask for it, and it arrived 25 minutes after the food. No apology either. Pretty surprising I have to ask for this when the dish costs £120. - The meat was also slightly under in few parts. My daughter had a smash burger, and the only real flavour it had was vinegar. Fries were great, though. So overall: great start, terrible finish. The service also dropped off. The staff member basically disappeared for the last half of our visit. Never again. Gordon, review your own restaurant next.”
