Ma! When popular Italian spirit meets the French bouillon tradition! A lively, no-reservations spot where people share tables, the bottiglia, and the dolce vita, just like at Nonna’s… but a Nonna who grew up somewhere between Rome and Montmartre. At Ma!, we believe in luxury at bouillon prices—a place where everyone can enjoy truffle, caviar… without ever breaking the bank. We revisit Italy senza clichés: a cuisine inspired by cucina povera—simple, honest, heartfelt ingredients—elevated with surprising twists that make you say “Mamma Mia!” with every dish. Please note that, unfortunately, we do not take reservations for weekday lunches. However, our restaurant is open every day, for both lunch and dinner, and is ready to welcome you in a true Dolce Vita atmosphere! The restaurant does not accept reservations from 11:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on weekdays, and never in the evening between 7:00 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. Just come as you are!

“Came here for brunch with friends and really enjoyed it! The atmosphere and interior design are fantastic — such a beautiful space. The Italian food was delicious and the prices are amazing for what you get. This was our second visit, and while the food and vibe were just as great as we remembered, the service was a small step below our first experience. Still good, just not quite as impressive as the first time around. Overall a great spot — highly recommend for a fun brunch with friends!”

“Amazing lunch! A 3-course meal for two for just €46. Exceptional quality that truly proves expensive doesn’t always mean better. It’s been a long time since we discovered such a gem in Paris. The staff is incredibly kind and professional, and the food is simply WOW. Great music and a lovely interior complete the experience. I had the arrabbiata followed by a pistachio affogato. My boyfriend chose the rigatoni jambon and a chou for dessert. Photos below. We’ll definitely be back! 🍝❤️”

“This new Bouillon style place focusing on Italien classics. Good news first, the food was generally good, however it was close to cold coming of the kitchen. The arancini were quite small, the oeuf croustillant was delicious. The escalope Milanese was tasty, i prefer it with pasta instead of the polenta on the side however. Dessert was good. Service was very slow during a busy Saturday lunch. It wasn’t the waitresses fault, there was just not enough staff. Our waitress was in charge of a large section of tables. We had to wait around 30 mins before we could order desserts.”

“Busy place that just opened a few months ago. Food was great all around espically factoring in the cost. Lots of food pasta dishes and great deals like 4.5 € for Aperol spritz and 1€ espresso with dessert”
