“Amazing place! We sat outside and it was perfect. The chicken, shrimp, whipped feta, and fries were so good. It was so much food we couldn’t finish it. Will definitely be bacon”
“Delicious food. I got a salad with salmon and it was one of the best salads I’ve had in a long time. Cocktails are great. Awesome views of flatiron here too. My server Mitch, was amazing. He was truly so kind, well mannered, and accommodating. 10/10 experience.”
“The food is awesome. It’s not my first time trying Mediterranean cuisine, but this is definitely one of the top spots in NYC. The lamb is incredibly tender and well-seasoned, with rich, savory flavors in every bite. The chicken is juicy and perfectly grilled, with a nice balance of spices. The shrimp is fresh and flavorful, cooked just right with a slight char that enhances its taste. Overall, every dish was delicious and well-prepared.”
“Mama Mazze is a cozy Eastern Mediterranean spot with seriously good food. This place completely breaks the myth that healthy food is boring or bland. Every dish is layered, vibrant, and full of flavor, so you never feel like you’re “settling” for something healthy. The atmosphere is warm and relaxed, and from the first bite to the last, the food just puts you in a good mood.”
“Really large portions with nice bread and vegetables. We only went for snacks here but enjoyed those snacks. I would rather pay less for smaller sizes though. From the mezze, my favorites were the moroccan cigars because if their beef and zhug, meaty and tangy, as well as I think their matboucha, which had good acidity.”
