Restaurant Information Before Your Visit Noble Rot has been serving Portland for 24 years (est 2002). We have a beautiful view of the city, roof top garden & our own aquifer (fresh & pure). -We take reservations but they are not required. Walk-ins are warmly welcomed. If you request a table, it is not guaranteed but we always do our best to honor requests when possible. -If you are dining during the summer months and want to sit outside, we face west and cannot block the setting sun. So bring your hats, sunglasses & anything else needed for sunshine. -Please ensure that your entire party is here for your reservation. -Please limit your stay to no more than 1.5 hours.
