Shuzo is a bold and vibrant bistro, full of gastronomy and thrilling sounds. We embody an experience of sensory pleasure, both culinary and musical, that nourishes the soul. Our cuisine blends Colombian roots with Japanese techniques and flavors, offering a lighter, refined take on traditional dishes. This signature and authentic menu is the result of creative experimentation by Chef Andrés Ramirez, inspired by his Colombian-Japanese heritage. We make the most of France’s seasonal bounty to work with fresh products. Our wine list, curated by Elie Berranger (ex-Folderol), celebrates cultural fusion and defends the values of artisanal winemaking — respectful of the environment, the growers, and the drinkers. Expect elegant, fresh flair with strong influences from Catalonia. The space is thoughtfully equipped with a HiFi sound system and a refined vinyl-only music selection.
