Chef Laila Bazahm has teamed up with Michelin-starred La Barbecue pitmaster Ali Clem to bring a soulful, smoky twist to traditional Southeast Asian breakfast fare. Think smoked brisket nasi goreng, silky arroz caldo with smoked turkey, pork ribs wonton noodles, and kaya toast with pandan-coconut jam. Don’t miss signature cocktails like the Camparajillo (espresso, Campari, Licor 43), our banana ketchup Bloody Mary, and the pulled tea–inspired Iced Teh Tarik.
