“My wife came here a month ago and told me I had to try it. I kept wondering, how good can it really be? She said it was the best sushi in LA, and honestly, she might be right. We had the mul-hwe, nori bibim soba, gamja-jeon, a temaki set, plus handrolls including spicy tuna, salmon, blue crab, scallop, and unagi gochujang. Everything tasted exceptionally fresh, and each dish had its own distinct flavor. I loved the soba noodles, and the gamja-jeon — wow. Every bite felt thoughtful, balanced, and completely on point. Even the dessert was excellent. It truly felt like a Michelin-level experience. Jo, our server, was very nice and friendly, which made it even better. If this isn’t the best sushi spot in LA, someone tell me what is. It was such an incredible experience I honestly felt like I was in a different world. We are absolutely going back again soon!”

“Just tried this newly opened hand roll spot and I’m already planning my next visit. From the moment we sat down, the service was on point. The staff was incredibly attentive without being intrusive. Our water glasses were constantly refilled, plates were cleared promptly, and every dish was explained with care. It felt polished but still warm and welcoming. Now the food, they were absolutely divine. Every piece of sashimi tasted incredibly fresh, with clean flavors and that perfect melt-in-your-mouth texture. You can really tell they prioritize quality and freshness. The hand roll / sonmari selection is impressively wide, offering everything from classic toro and salmon to more creative combinations Portion sizes are surprisingly substantial too. We ordered 2–3 small plates and shared one chirashi bowl, plus about 1–2 hand rolls per person, and it was more than enough. In fact, we left completely satisfied (and maybe a little too full). The chirashi bowl especially was beautifully presented and loaded with fresh fish. Overall, this place delivers both quality and value. If you love fresh sashimi and perfectly crafted hand rolls, this spot is definitely worth checking out.”
