“Absolutely Phenomenal! If you are looking for an incredible meal, **Summit House** in Fullerton completely delivers. The food here is absolutely awesome from start to finish. We tried the **filet**, and it was cooked to absolute perfection. The **ribeye** was incredibly juicy, flavorful, and ready to go. But it’s not just about the steaks—the sides completely steal the show. The cream of corn is a must-try, and all the vegetables and other sides were just as fantastic. Incredible food, great atmosphere, and a flawless dining experience. We will definitely be back!”
“An unforgettable evening at The Summit House—truly a masterclass in dining done right. From the moment we arrived, the experience felt elevated in every sense. We requested window seating (highly recommend), and the view alone set the tone: sweeping, serene, and the perfect backdrop for what would become an exceptional meal. The Prime Rib dinner was nothing short of perfection—expertly prepared, richly flavorful, and melt-in-your-mouth tender. Every element on the plate was thoughtful and beautifully executed. Paired with expertly crafted cocktails and wine that complemented the meal seamlessly, it was clear that attention to detail is a priority here. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the service. Attentive without being intrusive, polished yet warm—the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for throughout the entire evening. Between the stunning ambiance, impeccable cuisine, and top-tier service, this was an all-around incredible experience. Easily a 10/10—and one I’ll be thinking about long after the last bite.”
“If you’re looking for the best Prime Rib in the area, look no further! The Summit House is a total gem tucked away on a hill with incredible views. We started with the beets salad, but the star of the show is definitely the roast prime rib of beef. Don't skip the creamed corn, horseradish, and the spinach. They are the perfect sides. The English-manor vibe is so cozy and elegant. It’s a bit of a splurge, but absolutely worth it for the quality and the ambiance!”
“We decided to try this place. It's beautiful on the inside and on the outside. It's a very classy, well decorated place. They have rooms to hold special events on the inside and outside. Usually, you'll need a reservation for this place, but if you don't mind eating in the bar area, you can just walk in. It's a first come, first serve area. In the bar area, there's a person playing the piano. It's a little more casual compared to the other rooms. As for the parking, there's valet or self parking. Service was good. The creamed corn that comes with our dish was delicious. As far as the price vs value of the food, my friends like their dishes, but I wasn't too impressed with the salmon. I usually love salmon, but I didn't care for the chili sauce that came with it. Maybe if the server offered options?? For a $50 salmon plate, I had better for $20. They had a party in one of their larger rooms. Given that this is something they would offer to have, you would expect they would be on top of maintaining their bathrooms. All of their paper towels were gone and it looked like it hasn't been maintained all afternoon. Overall, it was a nice place. As far as the value for the main entrees, I wouldn't return.”
“The ambiance is top notch whether you're inside or outside. It's my favorite spot for prime rib in the LA area. Parking can be difficult in the main lot, but they have a lower lot and valet parking Food/Drink- 4 stars Truffle fries- these were superb. definitely order Escargot- a bit disappointed by it. The snails had more bitterness than expected Prime rib- this was divine. Every slice of the prime rib was so flavorful. I love how you can request it to be cut thinly into English cuts. The creamed corn and creamed spinach were very good, and I appreciated that it wasn't overwhelmed with heavy cream, like a lot of other steakhouses. I was a bit disappointed by the Yorkshire pudding, which came out a bit dry desserts- we tried the chocolate profiteroles and strawberry cheesecake. Both were pretty good / standard steakhouse quality Service- 4 stars Our server, Matt, was excellent. My only complaint was the pacing, as we did wait a long time between our appetizers and entrees. Bottom Line The ambiance, views and prime rib were top notch. But the pacing and dryness of the Yorkshire pudding left some room for improvement”
